Do you allow pets?
We allow cats, fish, birds, and dogs (up to 75 lbs).
Cats and dogs must be at least 1 year of age and spayed/neutered. One-time fee: $200 per cat and $300 per dog. Dog rent: $50/month.

Are utilities included in rent?
Heat and electricity are included in rent. Residents are responsible for internet, phone, and cable,
plus allocated utility costs and billing fees for water, sewer, and trash.

How do I pay my rent?
You can pay your rent online using your Tenant Web Access portal, or by downloading the mobile app on Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

How do I put in a service request?
Residents can submit service requests through their Tenant Web Access portal or the mobile app.
Please include your building and apartment number, and details of the service requested.
What if I have an after hours emergency?
KRC has on-call emergency service technicians.
If there is an emergency, please call 763-572-9400 and follow the prompts.

When is my Notice to Vacate due?
You must submit a written Notice to Vacate at least
two full calendar months less one day as indicated on your lease.
Please remember to review the No Winter Move Out Clause on the front page of your lease.
How do RUBS work?
RUBS is a Ratio Utility Billing System that allocates certain utility costs among residents. Water, Internet, Sewer, Storm Water, and Trash removal are all included in the RUBS program at Shelard Village.
